The only restaurant that uses odorless disinfectants to clean the table after the customer leaves. Lots of respect for doing this! The food, is organic, taste home made and served with passion towards feeding people. Though buffet is filling and highly recommended.

We always visit this restaurant when ever we visit Orlando FL. Food tastes really nice. The only issue is the service could be better. I think this restaurant is run by a group of family members of varying ages and skills. They should hire some people.

This restaurant is considered to be very good for vegetarians as it provides many options and variety. I honestly think it is one of the best local Indian restaurant around town but it is only good if you understand what you want and what you are getting. I do recommend to do a tad bit of research to understand what each plate or meal is.

Indian is my new found favorite flavor! If you're never had it, you don't Know what you are missing! I've been around, and this place does it right. There were more people from india eating here than anyone else! That's how i know it's authentic. You ever see Asians eating in an Asian restaurant?

Food is alright but definitely overpriced. Like seriously, the Thali is 18 bucks. 18 BUCKS. And no refills at all. Definitely not worth it but I can’t complain about the food so 4 stars.

Tasty and authentic South Indian food. Rasam is amazing! The south indian thali is the best. The dessert in the thali was so good! Adding this - I was here in Orlando for a week and I had dinner here for 3 nights. The food was absolutely delicious!

For a person who is addicted to south indian food like me, this place offers wide variety of South Indian dishes which tastes heavenly. Will make sure to visit this place on every Orlando visit. Channa batura is a must try. Dosas and Manchurian also tastes amazing.

I used to go to their location in Charlotte NC..... And it looks like this location is just as good! Real authentic Indian food that is delicious!!!

Amazing vegetarian restaurant in Orlando. They have a nice variety of South Indian dishes. This is one of the best Indian restaurants I have been to in the US. Always stop here for lunch or dinner when I visit Orlando. This place can get crowded but it’s worth the wait.

I have visited plenty of times and still love to visit woodlands for its outstanding quality of food and speed of service. Be it weekend or weekdays, crowded or not , the quality and service are never compensated. Being a pure vegetarian restaurant , they still stand out as one of the best restaurants competing with top non vegetarian restaurants in Orlando!!!

We were this place a few weeks ago with my husband. We were first time in an Indian restaurant and were trying traditional Indian food. Good restaurant. The waitress was polite and helpful.

A vegetarian restaurant with amazingly tasty dishes. Prior to visiting this restaurant I did not think vegetarian food could taste good. I humbly admit my ignorance.The dishes were large and not very expensive.Definitely recommend.

I just loved it. It was crowded, waited for 1hr almost. But, worth waiting. I had our south karnataka flavoured dishes after long. Felt like homemade food , prices are reasonable. Thali with 18$ is just loved it.

I've been at least a dozen times before finding other more interesting Indian venues. The buffet's a great place to get acquainted with vegetarian Indian but the excess staff leering about creeps me out. Looking at me looking at you. Small buffet. I hear ordering off the menu is better but I've never done. Next time. 3.459 rating.

I stayed in Orlando for 4 days and this restaurant help me get the good food daily. I only went to this restaurant and it was amazing. Everything we ordered every time, it was tasty. I really like it and would definitely recommend. This restaurant became really busy in holiday season.

Homely feel! Rich and authentic taste! Me and my husband visited this place when we were on a trip to Orlando! After a long tiring day, this place made our stomach happy!😊 Kudos to their staff! They are so attentive, humble and cordial to their customers! Food quality is extraordinary! This place is 20 years old with some 1400 reviews and I still don’t mind adding one more to it! Coffee was amazing, exactly like back home South Indian style.Manchurian, they should reduce the amount of garlic, would taste perfect.Mysore bonda was too powdery and the rasam given with it (also with dosa)tasted more like mixed veg curry flavor, not south indian style.Same with pesarattu upma, upma is so bland that it tasted like eating flour, no spices and pesarattu is way too thin. Make pesarattu thicker to hold little upma with taste.Overall its ok, super busy as it’s thanksgiving holidays.

One of the best Indian restaurant in Orlando. Service and food was perfect. Will surely visit when in Orlando. I recommend onion rava masala dosa if you wanna have some South Indian dish. Thanks woodlands for hospitality and keep up the good work.

Went for lunch...its a buffet lunch...affortable price...poratto and tofu curry was good...masala dosa and sambar was very nice...bonda could have been better...dinner is awesome...

It's been 4 months since we moved to US from India. This is the first time I am having full Thali meals and it was so awesome and authentic. Even in Udupi we didn't get this taste. Enjoyed it to the core. The quantity was little more but not too much. Perfect when you are Hungry and want to enjoy real Indian food. Will definitely visit again.

Woodlands is the very best vegetarian Indian restaurant in the Orlando area. The food is great, ambiance is good, service is fast and friendly. They have a huge menu to choose from. We were in Orlando doing the usual theme park stuff when we chanced upon this restaurant. We waited about 30 minutes to be seated. I guess it was the holiday week, but the wait was well worth it. The food and flavors were as close as possible to authentic South Indian. We just couldn't eat enough. The food was so good that we came back everyday to eat there. I wish they had more locations like this.

It is rare to find an Indian Restaurant in the US of A that serves only vegetarian food and even if you do, it is rare to find one that serves tasty food and has such welcoming and friendly environment. The food was so amazing with so many options to choose from. The Poori Saagu I had was awesome. There was also parking available for free.

Came all the way across the US and had to have some local Indian food. Was not let down at all. The mutter paneer/ naan / appetizer assortment was wonderful. The portions were good sized, and we did not leave unsatisfied. Would recommend to anyone. The South Indian food was great, as well as the Punjabi food!

Reliable, tasty, simple place. Been here a few times, few years apart. Nothing has changed. Its a family run place. Great food. Nothing fancy. Just that it is a bit out of the way from tourist locations. But worth the drive.

Trip to Orlando for is not complete without a visit to woodlands been visiting her for more than a decade. Food is consistent and authentic. Unpretentious and serves the best South Indian vegetarian food in central Florida. Ambience is old school which I like. Reasonably priced always busy. My favorites here are dosai, South Indian thali, filter coffee, upma and Pongal avial

This is not my usual type of restaurant, I haven't tried much Indian food. But much to my surprise I liked it it was very delicious. I don't know what I'd do without the person I was ordering from explaining what the dishes were to me. Even my wife loved the food. I'll have to bring the grand kids and see if they like it, I love trying new things. And this was a pleasant surprise.

Great food, very authentic and vegetarian. Only complaint is how overpriced it was for what was provided, but guess you're paying for the service and food quality.

Excellent restaurant. Food is delicious, good service. Travelled far to get here, as I came here three years ago on a trip to winter park . Definitely held its tradition of good food and friendly service! Worth the trip!
